This is a flat-rate fee –an utterly affordable solution– for an experienced Tenant’s Rights’ Lawyer to draft, on your behalf, a “motion to quash service of summons” and serving a copy upon the landlord’s attorney. The fee does NOT include any e-Mail or phone consultation explaining the motion, filing the motion in court, the court filing fees nor attorney appearance in court. In our effort to provide you fast service, it will be prepared promptly, but your cooperation in providing the information, signing, and filing the papers in court with the filing fees are required of you.
What is a “Motion to Quash” and how is it of value to me? If you don’t know, that is why we strongly encourage the 1/2-hour legal consultation so you can learn all the tools available to a tenant; which one(s) to use; and during the 30-minute legal session to work with a Tenant’s Rights’ Attorney to develop your winning strategy.
